Eliahu Sharvit
Chairman of the Board
Eliahu Sharvit, Major General, served as Commander of the Israeli Navy (2016-2021) and Deputy Commander (2014-2016). He also commanded the Haifa Naval Base and the Missile Boat Flotilla. Currently, he is a partner in a company focused on renewable energy security and serves as President of DSIT. With extensive experience in managing security and energy projects, he holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and Business Administration and a Master’s in Political Science from the National Security College.

CEO
Stella, CPA, with extensive experience in strategic management, business development, and organizational growth. As the former CEO of a leading rulling party in Israel, she has a proven track record in driving growth strategies, securing funding, and fostering international collaborations. Stella’s expertise lies in leadership, innovation, and building impactful partnerships across diverse sectors.
Lior Yedidya
CTO & Co-Founder
Lior (M.Sc. in Chemistry from HUJI) is a senior R&D scientist with over 15 years of experience working at start-up companies. Lior specializes in Nanoparticles, surface chemistry, scale up processes and printing. Lior was the Chief Chemist at Nano Dimension Ltd and MeaTech 3D Ltd and led the materials R&D activity.

CSO & Co-Founder
Prof. Amirav is the co-founder and CSO of QD-SOL. Our ground-breaking technology is based on her
revolutionary work in photocatalytic nanoparticles at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Her
