Yaron Kaiser has founded various Nasdaq traded deep-tech firms and serves as an executive board member for numerous tech companies. He is a founding partner of the BlueSoundWaves collective led by Ashton Kutcher, Guy Oseary and Effie Epstein. Mr. Kaiser has wide experience in commercial and corporate law, IPOs, MA, and corporate governance.
Lior Yedidya
VP R&D & Co-Founder
Lior (M.Sc. in Chemistry from HUJI) is a senior R&D scientist with over 12 years of experience working at start-up companies. Lior specializes in Nanoparticles, surface chemistry, scale up processes and printing. Lior was the Chief Chemist at Nano Dimension Ltd and MeaTech 3D Ltd and led the materials R&D activity.

revolutionary work in photocatalytic nanoparticles at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Her
